What This Agreement Covers
By joining the SnappySnap Beta Program, you agree to keep everything confidential — including the software,
features, documentation, access credentials, and any communications with Iurii Obukhov.
What You CAN Do
• Test the plugin and use it for personal, non-commercial projects
• Report bugs and share feedback with Iurii Obukhov
• Discuss the beta privately with other approved testers
What You CANNOT Do
• Share the software, installers, or access credentials with anyone
• Post screenshots, videos, or audio demos publicly (social media, YouTube, forums, etc.)
• Use the plugin for commercial releases during the beta period
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract code from the software
• Publicly compare or benchmark against other plugins without permission
Ownership & Feedback
The software and all related materials remain Iurii Obukhov property. Any feedback or suggestions you
provide may be used by us freely without compensation.
No Warranty
This is beta software — it may crash, have bugs, or behave unexpectedly. I'm not liable for any issues it
causes to your system, projects, or workflow.
Duration
This agreement stays in effect until SnappySnap is publicly released. If Iurii Obukhov ask, you agree to
delete all beta builds from your systems.
