When you purchase SnappySnap, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with the software installer. This license helps us protect our intellectual property while giving you the freedom to create music with our tools.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Electric Smudge's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The materials on Electric Smudge's website and our software are provided on an 'as is' basis. Electric Smudge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Electric Smudge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Electric Smudge's website or software, even if Electric Smudge or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The trial version is fully functional but requires a license key, which will expire automatically after 7 days. After this period, the software will be locked. To continue, you must purchase a full version or use SnappySnap LE for free.

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. By purchasing a license key and/or installing SnappySnap, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, install, or use the software.
2.1. Upon purchase of a License Key, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial music production purposes.
2.2. This is a license, not a sale. You are purchasing the right to use the Software. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Software, its source code, or any associated intellectual property.
2.3. The intellectual property rights in the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of the Author.

5.1. Each License Key is issued to a single user and is non-transferable.
5.2. You are responsible for keeping your License Key confidential. Unauthorized sharing of License Keys may result in revocation of your license without refund.
6.1. The Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. The Author retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Software.
6.2. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Author or Licensor.
7.1. The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or patches to the Software. Such updates are subject to this Agreement.
7.2. The Licensor is under no obligation to provide updates, support, or maintenance.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE KEY.
10.1. This Agreement is effective until terminated.
10.2. Your license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement.
10.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your computers.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Licensor's Refund Policy as published on the product website. Digital products may have limited refund eligibility.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
